Creating a brief model of our solution with Lean Canvas
Discover personalities of our customers (wishes, pains, reasons to use our product) and analyze their way from finding our product till regular using it. For that we create UserPersonas + Customer Journey Map.
Compose functionality of our product (mandatory and different features/wishes) using User Story Map, based on previous analysis.
Detach/Separate all things till having mandatory functionality, minimal options list and functions which needed to launch (MVP).
